Chapter 24: The Plan [2] - Faults. Bozo is now determined to complete the simulation.

The goblins here surely had some good skills. They could come in handy while escaping, Bozo didn't deny that. But he was still worried about Grub's skill '???'. Something that even the system couldn't see through at the moment and probably, even Grub wasn't aware of that. It was something to keep an eye on.

"Escape, using the skills?" Bozo murmured as he thought about it. He heard the entire explanation of the skills.

Grub nodded his head and then stared at the goblins whose gazes were filled with anticipation of what they were discussing.

"Yes, sir, Whork will use blank to get out of the cell. We have tried once, and it works. We also tried to see if he can hold others while teleporting, and yes, that too works!" Grub whispered, a little excitement in his voice.

"That means everyone can teleport out?" Bozo asked. Hearing that, Grub gave a firm nod filled with confidence.

"Alright, that sounds good... extremely good. But what after the escape? Only exiting the cell is not enough," Bozo was curious about how far they had planned.

'Grub and Rumble don't seem to be fools. If their plan does have solidity, then we can escape, then perhaps, they could join hands with me for the future struggle. They are not someone who would be passive against violence. If it were the case, they wouldn't think about taking the risk,' Bozo thought inwardly as he heard Grub's explanation about the plan ahead.

"The plan is surely interesting, but there are huge risks," Bozo added after listening to the entire thing, which took about two minutes.

Grub didn't deny. He admitted and knew the faults of the plan, "True Sir, even if he uses the Actor skill, I'm not confident enough that they would trust him alone."

The plan was that Kokho would disguise as one of the guard goblins and would then escort the rest outside. The problem with this was that this had never happened earlier.

According to Grub's explanation, once the goblins were brought here, they would simply stay for one week, after which they would be escorted to a nearby area and then killed, used as practice. They would return the bodies after taking ears so that the goblins here could feast!

'Cannibalism... I see, Elder Naska is ready to go to such depths,' Bozo's upper half of the face was once again covered in shadows, making him look fierce.

Grub, who explained this, now remained mum for a minute or two, expecting an answer or solution from Bozo.

But before Bozo gave any answer, he asked, "Seven days, just how long have you been here?"

Hearing this, Grub turned towards Kokho. He pointed at him before saying, "Elder Kokho was the first person to arrive in this cell. I believe it's been only 3 days since he came here. So as a rule, this cell has 4 more days..."

"One day it is then," Bozo replied.

"Pardon?" Grub squinted his eyes hearing Bozo. With muffled voice, he asked, "One day? What do you mean by that, Sir?"

"Two things, Grub. One, from where did you get your information? How do you know that it's exactly seven days?" Bozo paused momentarily before continuing, "And secondly, even if you have four days, are you going to wait till the last second? No, right? We escape today. In twenty-four hours, we make our move."

Grub silenced out. He wanted to answer the first question by saying, 'I've seen goblins screaming that there was only one day left, six days left, two days left, and whatnot?' but he controlled himself.

Bozo's intention was not here to belittle Grub and his information. Rather, he just wanted Grub to know that it is best to stay cautious.

"Understood, sir," though he agreed openly, he still couldn't help but ponder, 'Why did he ask for one day when we could escape now?'

'We could start the escape immediately, but everyone has to be mentally prepared. This is the least important reason. Truth to be told, I need to complete the simulation and get a reward as soon as possible. Since one hour in the simulation world is roughly equal to one minute, I think I might be able to do a whole lot within 10 minutes.'

Grub still sat close to Bozo as he lied down. "Protect me for ten minutes," Bozo instructed.

'Is he going to sleep? Yeah, rest is important. But more than that, is it possible that he will come up with a solution to the small fault? Also, why ask me to protect him? Is the cell not safe? or...?' He didn't question any further and simply gave a nod with a firm reply, "Yes, sir."

And with that, Bozo closed his eyes, starting his simulation.

 Ding!

[Do you wish to simulate as Ogre401?]

 [Yes/No]

 'Yes.'

The vision got dark for a moment. Streaks of light rays then appeared. It was as if Bozo was moving, seconds after which, everything brightened.

['No other way, I need to complete the missions to ensure we escape. And Naska, he will be so dead!' You told yourself as you looked at the mission screen.]

The first thing that appeared was the main quest: [Simulation Specific Quest: Protect the Ogre King/Ogre Lord until the battle is over.]

[Your eyes went over the missions that remained right below them.]

1. Find out the reason behind the reawakening of the dead bodies. [Difficulty: D] [Easy] [Completed.]

2. Find and kill the culprit. [Difficulty: C] [Hard]

3. Win the battle. [Difficulty: B] [Difficult.]

4. Kill 500 goblins. [Difficulty: B] [Difficult.]

5. Kill the Goblin General. [Difficulty: A] [Very difficult.]

6. Kill the Goblin Lord. [Difficulty: S] [Nearly impossible.]

[In the end, you couldn't help but say to yourself, 'I need to stick to the missions and complete them one by one, as soon as possible!']
