While the two bodyguards waited at the door as usual, Caesar left the hotel with Adeline through the back exit without anyone knowing. He'd left Yuri, Nikolai, and Diana inside the hotel room to keep an eye on the two bodyguards and make sure that they didn't make any unguarded movements.
They would be back in three hours.
Seated in the car, Adeline locked her seatbelt and threw her head back, taking a deep breath.
Caesar started the car, took a reverse, and turned the steering wheel to drive onto the road. "Can you shoot?" he asked amidst the ride.
"Huh?" Adeline shot him a perplexed look before shaking her head. "Not very well."
"Good," Caesar said, averting his gaze from her.
She cocked an eyebrow, unsure what he was planning and curiously probed, "Why do you ask? Where are we going?"
