Daphne was still in the car with Noah's men when she saw her father's estate coming into view. She had thought. 'Noah is in my father's estate.' she was angry about it.
"Welcome back home my sweet little Daphne," Noah said. He was waiting for Daphne at the front door.
Daphne felt like laughing at Noah's words as she thought bitterly. 'home.' she was back home, but not in the way she dreamed of. Her feet would feel less heavy when coming down from the car if she was at Noah's house. Her house was filled with so much memory, her memories of her Nanny Elina, and her father's. Noah casually being in her home as though he had always owned the place was staining Daphne's memory. More than ever, she felt the desire to kill him as he smiled at her.
"Why are you in this house?" Daphne questions him as she walks towards the front door. She hated Noah and was trying hard to keep her anger from slipping into her voice.
