"Why did you fit the microphone in Sophie's room? Don't you think it was not needed?" Vivian asked in a cinfuesd voice.
James took a deep breath before replying, "It was important for me to know if Sophie knew anything about her father's crime. There is no involvement of Sophie in all this, but I needed confirmation."
Vivian nodded in understanding before asking again, "But what about Brenda? When she saw you in that room near the table, didn't you think she would search the room and find where you had placed the microphone?"
James shook his head and replied confidently, "No, I mad pm née sure it was hidden well. Brena won't find it."
James added, 'I've hidden in such a secure location where no one will ever find them.'"
Vivian smiled and said, "That's good. You need to make sure our plan stays a secret until we have all the evidence we need."
James nodded in agreement and they continued to discuss their next steps.
