Exactly 3000 years after the end of the first World War, in year 4982, the 17'th world war began.

The remaining states were Japan, USA, England, France and Italy.

There were also some states formed after the fall of Russia, Germany and Spain: Bosaints, Repugany and the Neutral Republic of Estoris.

The Neutral Republic of Estoris made a weapon, one that was so strong that nothing could match their power the "Story-Makers". Those were called like this due to their powers, that could've changed History and life forever.

Estoris sent an equal number of Story-Makers to every state, more precisely nine every month and in exchange they got lots of resources and protection from possible attacks.

Story-makers were classified in three types:

Special, Upgrade and Law.

Special ones are made one for every state once every three months, have special and unique powers and form depending on the owner's personality;

Upgrade ones enhance the owner's abilities and can move their strenght from one part of their body to another and or their mastery upon something to something else;

Law ones can alterate and change some natural laws, like gravity, space and even time but they're limited to a defined number of energy inside those and the user's will and mind strength.

But one day, the 11th of February, during the 10th year of war, one of the only five people who could forge story makers, vanished, without leaving any trace.

This led the citizens to get scared and anxious, signing the near end of Estoris.

Later on, on November 1st the republic fell, alongside the secret to forge Story-Makers.

There was a person, that put an end to this war, by everyone is now known as "The demon who dressed as a human".

The only person alive who knew him truly still defends him, telling the true story about how he, Ichiro Saito saved the world by sacrificing his humanity.
