Babla sighed dispiritedly, and relentlessly said, "It's just a few characters on the runes. Can't we enhance the basics first?"
"A spell formation is a whole. If you cannot completely interpret a spell formation, and then repair and enhance it as a whole, any changes made to it might cause the spell formation to collapse." Novan shook his head. "This spell formation is way more complicated than most of the spell formations today. It's not something we could tweak easily."
