At night, Lin Che returned to her room and closed the door. She was not going to let Gu Jingze in.
She waited for a while but there was no sound.
Quietly, she opened the door and heard Gu Jingze who appeared to be on the phone.
"Huiling, what's wrong?"
Upon hearing Mo Huiling's name, Lin Che grew curious and continued eavesdropping.
Gu Jingze was holding his phone and listening to Mo Huiling whine.
"Jingze, I quarreled with my family. I have nowhere to go now. Can you let me stay at your place for a few days?"
Gu Jingze thought deeply, "Why did you quarrel with your family?"
"It was because of… Forget it. Anyway, I have no place to go now. My mother and father even confiscated my credit cards."
