Pei Ge alighted from the cab and looked at the small restaurant that she had not been to for so long.
The restaurant was still in business despite the many years that had passed; even its door sign had not changed.
"How nostalgic." Pei Ge looked at the shop with a sentimental smile and walked through its door.
Although its exterior did not change, its interior had quite a transformation.
Basically, except for the owner, everything else was different.
Pei Ge was slightly disappointed by its new look and began to feel uncertain about whether the food would taste the same as she remembered it or not.
"Waiter, please give me a bowl of beef noodles – big serving," Pei Ge ordered after occupying a seat by the window.
"Besides the beef noodles, is there anything else you'd like to order?" the waiter asked her with a smile.
