"Can we chat for a while?" the man asked all of a sudden.
"What do you want to talk to me about?" Gu Ning asked.
"Well, actually you noticed me following you early on, right?" the man said.
Gu Ning was slightly surprised. She didn't expect that the man would say that.
Since the man wasn't dumb, Gu Ning stopped pretending and put on a cold face. "Why are you following me?"
"I want to make a deal with you," the man said.
"What is it?" Gu Ning asked.
"Um…" The man opened his mouth, but didn't say anything. Instead, he suddenly attacked Gu Ning and wanted to knock her unconscious.
Gu Ning was alert, so she defended herself at once and began to fight against the man.
The man didn't seem surprised at all when Gu Ning fought back, but he was excited.
