Wu SuYi couldn't comprehend the words her brother and the lawyer Ou YuMen was speaking about. She couldn't tell why her brother looked so guilty despite always believing that he was correct and how Ou YuMen appeared as though he was smiling as he reminded Wu JingYi of his mistake. What was the betrayal? Being married was the betrayal that her brother had done to Ou YuMen?
But those words… it sounded as though it's words that one would say to their lover.
Wu SuYi noticed the footsteps coming nearer to her and quickly ran away. When Ou YuMen arrived at the same spot she had been earlier, he stared at the empty space, certain that there was someone there prior to his arrival and that person had heard their conversation.
