After staring at her phone for a few good moments, Diana sat up on the bed and reached out to pinch Angel's cheeks out of habit.
But her movements halted at the sight of the empty bed.
Some time ago, Daisy had talked about her and Angel officially moving out of the Master bedroom. Although the mother-daughter duo slept with her every once in a while when Diana missed Angel, but they mostly slept separately since Daisy's arrival had Angel having access to some 'real food' that she couldn't stop seeking in the middle of the nights.
