Daisy swung Diana's hand around her shoulder, clearly noticing how her little sister stiffened at the mention of her ex-Prince Charming.

''I know you did not end up on good terms,'' Daisy said, her voice hardening at the sight of a drop of blood trickling down her forehead.

''I am just trying out new things. But if I do meet him there, I can maybe try to talk to him or whatever,'' Diana shrugged casually.

Daisy smiled, ''Let me clean your wounds. Also, you are coming with me to my place. It is not as grand as this castle but chairs don't fly around there.''

Diana glared at her.

Daisy laughed but her voice had no mirth. The sight of that half-wrecked chair had sent chills down her spine.

If parents were supposed to be like this, then they were better off being orphans.

The cold war between her and Daisy gradually disappeared as they started leaving together.
