Gong Yi clapped his hands and happily looked over to Luo Chen, "Your brain works fast. That's basically right. The Emperor isn't exactly a puppet since he does hold some influence. But it's also true that Emperor Yin dislikes the Quan family."
Luo Chen seemingly understood and nodded, "So what's the other country that's ruled by one master? You said there were two?"
Gong Yi looked over to him and was about to speak when he suddenly blinked a few times and narrowed his eyes.

"Nothing." Gong Yi glanced over at Qiao Qing then back to Luo Chen. His tone was somewhat amused, "The other one is Country Ruan."
