The Bleeding Rage Valley was obviously surrounded by mountains. These mountains were tall and filled with precious materials that ranged from normal Iron, Copper and the like to more of the magically aligned like Enhanced Steel Ore.
It was once controlled by Sector 24's leader Julian for his own business.
But after the fall of the Gargankong, the rights to the entire region were given to Lilith.
He was one of the biggest Weapons and Toll Manufacturers in the east coast of Stronghold 3 of course he would try and reclaim his rights.
Of course Julian tried to fight for the right to control the Valley.
There was a good reason why he took the leadership of the Sector, after all. What's the use of being the Sector Leader if he wasn't capable of protecting his "territory" so he went against the Hunter's Association and the Council members trying their best to get into Lilith's good side.
