Sylva had led an unsavory life.
When she was but a child, she was taken away from her supposed family and was groomed to become a sacrificial tool.
In the place where other Silberofers were taken Sylva met a girl who became her friend. They lived together smiling and laughing trying to forget the eventual demise.
Until one they they sought after their own light, running away, escaping from the path of death..
They ran and ran, not stopping no matter what happened, holding each other's hand seeking comfort and courage from one another..
They managed to run ffar but her friend was caught by their pursuers. And as her friend got dragged back, Sylva escaped.
Sylva cried, running from her pursuers.
She felt guilt from doing uch an atrocious act, but the thing that haunts her the most was not Sela's voice cursing her, but the sweet and soft smile she flashed as she was about to be taken away.
