The woman was surprised for a moment but the expression on both men's faces seemed poker. Like one was knowing what he was doing while the other had already seen this coming a long before.
"Director Qi, what do you think you are doing? I already said that I will be taking her to the doctor" Su Fai said, keeping his expressions straight. His tone felt confident, which almost let out a deep chuckle from Qi Shuai.
His eyes went to look at the woman in his arms and said in a firm, smooth voice "It's been like decades since I am taking care of Yi Lan. She has become more like my habit than a responsibility."
