After the event, Lyca and Shen Qui immediately went home. None of them talked about what Lyca's plan was until they arrived inside their room.
"Are they on their way now?" she asked. The plan was for them to go abroad for a few months, let everything cool down before they come back and see her. This was because Lyca thought everything would soon become too chaotic. She wanted to keep her parents as safe as possible.
"Father tried to complain. He said he wanted to talk to you." Shen Qui said as he watched her change her clothes. Lyca just finished taking a bath and was about to change into her pajamas.
"And?"
"I told him, you will get emotional if you talk to him."
