"What is it I have done that you have to be treated like this? Why? Why?" Tears streamed down her face. Nathalia hugged her tightly and comforted gently, "Hush. Hush. There, there. It's ok. Everything's ok. Mum. I'm here. We're here with you." Her heart ached.
Spencer embraced them, as well as the pain in his heart. He could feel hatred growing from the bottom of his heart.
Matt and Amy barely talked while Matt was driving her home.
"Here. Good night." The car stopped outside Berry's house. Matt didn't intend to open the door for Amy.
Amy pouted her lips and said, "Would you like to come in for a tea? It's not too late. My parents should still be awake."
Though they were supposed to get married soon, Matt had been very distant. They had hardly spent time together alone. Amy did want to get close to him, but Matt never provided the chance.
