The whole world of punishment had quavered under Hei Anjing's sudden outburst. The area Hei Anjing is the Hell of Ice. The 10th level in the Eighteen Levels of Diyu.
A land of neverending frost, no other living things only ice mountains and everlasting snow. The temperature in this tenth level is below 0 degrees Celsius. No ordinary human or creature would be able to survive in this place.
Hei Anjing in his elven form was spreading a domineering aura that shook and cracked the land under his foot. Some creatures who had been frozen into ice were able to break free but some had long died. Even though they were able to break free, the dangerous aura Hei Anjing spread is enough to make them explode. In the end, only Hei Anjing was left alive in that Ice Hell.
