"Senior Brother Yi worked very hard for our sake. At one point, we had to force him to eat because he was not even eating in order to provide for us." Mei Ling chimed in. This caused Yi Tan's cheeks and ears to redden.
Kana smiled and rubbed Mei Ling's head as she teased. "Then you need to make sure you grow up fast and marry him."
Mei Ling's face turned bright red. She lowered her head, taking bashful peeks at Yi Tan. Shi Yu and Liu Na both laughed, seeing the little girl's reaction. Yi Tan coughed dryly as he said: "We're here."
