This month was drawing to a close but this was the first time she talked to him this month. Although he said her score wasn't bad, she didn't know whether he really meant it or if he was just being sarcastic.

Sheng Tai stroked his chin, narrowed his eyes, and smiled. "Well, that's a good question, but…"

He turned Sheng Yue around by the shoulders so that she was facing away from him. "Why don't you ask your mother?"

In Sheng Yang's room, she was studying the law of Beale Ciphers.

Even the most well-known Morse Code was no match for the Beale Ciphers. No one had ever cracked the Beale Ciphers yet, but she had some clues.
