Gavriel had told himself that when he finally gets to be fully intimate with Evie, he would need to take it slow as he knew she was untouched and thus, inexperienced in matters of the pleasures of the body. Even at this moment, he had been chanting in his head over and over to make sure to hold back, telling himself to exercise the utmost patience even if it was hard.
