"And how come you are in the territory of the Silver Vales pack?" asked Lucas waving his hand around. "Are you here secretly?" He looked over her shoulders and said, "You don't even have kids." The way he said it clearly showed that he was insulting her. "Have you come for husband hunting in the capital? But I thought your father was a strict beta!"
Olivia shot a dark glare at him but she knew that Lucas was not the type who would understand the meaning of her glare and he possessed this uncanny habit of making others extremely comfortable. She wondered how he could be so popular back then.
"What about you Lucas? The last I heard was that you ran away from the Whiteclaw pack to become rich." Lucan cringed at her words. "Why don't I see any change in you?"
