"Did you explain to tolerate the baby's existence to Miss Highness?"
Madi joked and Kian narrowed his eyes at her. He dropped Ava on the floor and she ran up to see the baby in Madi's lap.
"This is baby! He play with me when he is big."
Adella told Ava and that made her disregard Della's claims. The adults watched the interaction between the two toddlers.
"No! He play with me. I'm his bug sister!"
Ava shook her head and Adella reimposed her claim. It was cute to see the tug of war between the two, who would play until Ava turned around to look at the other side.
"Mama?"
It made the adults in the room go static. Suddenly, the playful aura in the room got transformed.
For a while, Kian had not thought about it but then again, it was back. Ava walked up to the bed and tried to get up on it.
Kian picked her up instead. The bed was too high for her to get up. She curiously looked at her mother.
