The devils turned their heads to look towards the distance when their conversation was interrupted. Amidst the rustling of wild grass, a tall and lean young man approached them. His gaze was chilly as he raised his head to look towards the malevolent looking devils.
It was only a gaze but the devils felt like they had seen the most scariest creature in this world. Their bodies involuntary trembled as their eyes met with Zhan Chen's.
Zhan Chen ignored the horrified devils and appeared infront of the three girls who were tied to a tree. A frown appeared on his face as he observed their mental state.
"You have been through a lot. Just sleep for a while. Your bodies will be fine when you wake up", he spoke softly.
The three girls wanted to say something out of gratitude but their consciousness blurred before they could say anything. They felt something warm embraced their soul as they fell into deep sleep.
