Everyone was surprised. Cutting the finances of the people inside the palace has never been done before.
"If you looked at the report carefully, the finances alloted inside the palace tripled in the past years. For example, it says here that the princess' room was renovated and the cost was five million dollars. Don't you think it's too much? Did you handle the renovation, Emily?" He asked.
Emily shook her head and walked towards Jayden and looked at the report.
"What do you think?" Kyle asked her.
"Looking at the cost, it was too much. In this report, the materials used were not that expensive. It would probably just cost around one million dollars." Emily answered.
"Who handles the finance and budget of the palace?" Jayden asked.
"It's Prince Maurice, the king's nephew." George answered.
