The next day, everyone gathered at the dining table. Adrian was serving the pasta on Kathie's plate and others were having their food.
Martin stopped eating and called Kathie's name. Kathie raised her head from the plate and looked at him. She noticed his face and guessed he wanted to tell her something as he was playing with a fork in his hands.
" Yeah…tell me…." She asked him.
" My casual leaves are going to be completed. I have to join in my work at university. So I decided to leave after Christmas…" he informed in a low voice.
Instantly Katherine's face became pale with the news. " Resign that job and stay with us. You have a twenty percent share in this company. Not only that, you are gaining good income through your books" she shouted.
Adrian placed his hands on her thigh and signaled her to control herself. She remained silent as soon as Adrian signaled her.
