"Mom! What are you saying?" Ariel hastily gave a questioning glance to her mother.
And she replied to Adeline instead of Kenneth, "They didn't get into any fight. We were all having a normal duel. But since Damien and Kenneth were unfamiliar with each other's abilities, they ended up hurting each other. It wasn't intentional."
"Is that so?" Adeline pressed her lips together and nodded. She believed what her daughter said.
She then asked with a little curiosity, "When did Damien join you all, by the way?"
"Yesterday evening," Ariel replied.
And she also made it clear to her mother that everyone in the Drayston Castle was aware of Damien's presence there, "Kenneth's father was kind enough to extend the welcome for Damien as well. Damien stayed there in the Castle with us. And he will be joining us all on our trip."
