He answered, heaving a shaky sigh. "Long story short, this person knows I'm dating Clyde and uses you as a shield. And the way they talked about it... I almost thought that it was Gracia Clark."
Lucas couldn't hide the shock on his eyes when he heard it, but before he could say anything, Ryley had continued, "But then I doubt it. Something is telling me it's not her."
"I don't know where she was during the incident, but I don't think she can arrange such an attack." He added, to which Lucas quickly wrote down on his note. "She might have hated me, but I don't think she can willingly risk her cousin's safety just to harm me."
