"We can't be so sure of what will happen at that time." Medea interjected, "I don't want to delude myself into thinking that Ryley will take our side easily, because he's not just cruel."
She halted for a few moments, the frown between her brows deepened as she continued, "I know this is kind of oxymoron but… Ryley feels nothing like Rayven… yet at the same time very similar…"
"Then we need to bring Mr. Ryley to our side." Adam suggested, slightly lowering his head as he continued, "I'm not saying that Mr. Rayven will turn against you. It's just that Mr. Ryley's power shouldn't come in vain."
"Of course." Medea answered, "I don't know what will happen if we fail to do so, but at least I have taken precautions for the worst case."
