Kyran shook his head in return, followed by dark blood that flowed out of his eyes.
"No, honey... Your father is weak... and a coward on top of everything..." He muttered, trying to grasp the little girl's hand once again. "He even pledged an oath to eradicate us Enigmas!"
"So please... Don't trust anyone else but me, okay?" He persuaded, his palm gently cupping the little girl's damp cheek.
"B-but... but you tricked my mom..." The little girl mumbled reluctantly, sobbing as she continued, "You made him release your bond and lock you up here... So how can I trust you? You're evil..."
A cold scoff welcomed her protest at once. Kyran couldn't hold back from stretching into a cold grin as he nonchalantly answered, "It's not my fault that I turn this way. Your mom and people around him are the only ones responsible."
