There was a normal pajama set in the wardrobe that she had over at Christian's. Very normal, just a silk set.
What was she expecting? Was she supposed to wear sexy lingerie to dinner?

Yes, they were husband and wife, but there was nothing like that in between them. Why would she even try to put a thought into dressing up, sexy for him?

Shaking her head and blaming it on Daniella, she took out the pajama set from the shelf that it was on, she dropped the towel and changed into it before tying up her hair with a claw clip before moving downstairs.
Christian was not in the living room, and a few steps later, she did not find him in the kitchen either. The food was on the counter, so someone had dropped it there.
The department was silent, being the exact thing that she craved. It was enough to get her thoughts in order that was all over the place.
