Samantha did not answer immediately. She struggled for a moment and managed to wake up, but the effects of the powder had not disappeared completely and her body was still weak.
She could not break free from the thick rope.
She looked briefly at Matthew's sleeping face and turned to see the countdown timer on the bomb. All her resentment and unwillingness started to surge up uncontrollably.
Why should she continue acting in front of Timothy if she was destined to die there?

As if already expecting him to say that, Samantha was very calm when she heard that
