"Nice meeting you, Gerald Livingstone! This is Lazarus." Lazarus introduced himself gracefully.
"Please forgive my golden friend here. He hasn't met any human so upclose before and that's must be exciting for him." Lazarus explained, running his hand on the dragon's face lovingly.
"You are human too, Mr Lazarus. The only thing that makes you different from us is this connection between you and your… golden friend." Gerald sassed.
Oscar noticed how Lazarus' smile faltered for a fleeting second- a warning that Oscar needed to take seriously. But before he could do something to get a hold of the situation, Lazarus asked.
"You haven't yet explained me what a human is doing here, Oscar Devera. You are lucky that the Sun dragon has taken a liking toward him or…"
Lazarus didn't need to complete his sentence because both Oscar and Gerald knew the right answer for those blank spaces.
"He is my family and that is why he is here." Oscar told simply.
