A bet
Eden closed his computer and looked at Klay in annoyance.
"What are you doing here?"
Klay smiled.
"I wanted us to have breakfast together."
Eden said:
"There's no us and you should be careful I'm not a patient person."
Eden turned his head and looked at his cell phone ignoring him. He looked at him again when he asked:
"Have I done something to you?"
He feels like Eden is holding a grudge against him somehow or that he hates him.
"Why do you even want to have anything to do with the hybrid freak?"
Klay frowned and answered:
"I've never said you're a freak."
"You stood by in silence as your friends called me a freak and bullied me."
Klay opened his mouth but nothing came out, it's true but he never thought it was funny and he would even tell them to stop.
"I would always tell them to stop."
Eden laughed coldly.
