Alita didn't sleep well that night as she was busy reading everything thoroughly so that she won't miss a single thing.
The next day, she joined the crew and drank their nutritional solutions since bringing food was just a hustle. It was moments like this that Alita missed being home.
At least at home, she could have a hot meal every single time and didn't have to swallow these awful solutions she dreaded. After having their breakfast, the gang separated for more scavenging. They were only left with around ten days before they could leave.
And they needed to get as much as they could before that. Alita was not in the mood of looking for anything right now. So, she found a nice and cozy place to chill out as she looked into her app more as she had not grasped everything yet.
Alita began to look into the worlds she could visit and how much it was for her to visit there.
ANCIENT ERA: - the host can travel to a specific period in history and will have to pick one of the three choices and the place picked will be set and there will be no changing in the future.
The host will receive more information on the period chosen so that the host will be familiar with the destination.
APOCALYPTIC ERA: - the host will be taken to a specific period in time and the host should be proficient in defense as the place is very dangerous and the host can be hurt or killed in the process.

There was information on every world she can go to and the information was very helpful. Even though Alita could fight and defend herself, some of these crazy worlds were just too much for her and she needed to learn more and be stronger before she could go there.
What caught Alita's eye was the discount or promotion for her first trip. It was 90% off and who didn't like discounts?
So, Alita was now forced to choose her first journey wisely otherwise the discount will be for naught. Sometime in the afternoon, Alita began to do what she came here to do and by the time she returned back to the camp, she only had a few stones that were worth some money and better than nothing.
The following days were the same and Alita didn't go to the same place but went in different directions and her luck was better this time as she managed to bring something back every time.
The precious stones she found, she stored them in her phone which she hides in her runic tattoo. As for the rest, she placed them in a storage bag which was the storage tool they used in stars as they couldn't afford the storage accessories rich stars or planets used.
Alita had begun to plan her future already and already she was seeing that everything will be okay. To receive more benefits from this whole traveling thing, Alita decided to make her first trip to the cultivation world. This world was dangerous as she could run into immortals and people who were very strong and could easily kill her.
But she read somewhere that if she picked that world there was a high probability of her choosing a miniature world which was a dimensional relic that a powerful immortal left.
In there she could get some inheritance that can make her stronger and be able to conquer the world. It is just that the energy points needed were a bit high and that was a bit worrisome.

Cultivation World: 100,000 energy points
Ancient Era: 3,000 energy points
Apocalyptic Era: 5,000 energy points
Modern Era: 1,000 energy points
Stone Age: 100 energy points
If she were to pick the Cultivation world, it meant that she needed 10,000 energy points which were something that she didn't have at the moment. She didn't know where the 100 energy points came from but she was grateful that they were there.
Even though it was expensive for her to travel to the cultivation world now, it was better than waiting till she has to pay 100,000 energy points to go there. She didn't feel like going to the stone age era as she wasn't strong enough to face whatever was there.
So, after making up her mind, she decided to turn all her energy stones into points and see the difference that she has to make up for.
One of the nights, Alita put her plans into motion and exchanged three stones into points. She was so happy when she saw how these three gave her 2,500 energy points.
She was left with three-quarters of what was needed and she had faith in herself that she was going to make it and earn the points needed for her to go to that world.
Alita exchanged for the other five stones she kept in the D.T.A storage place and managed to get 1,000 energy points from it. This gave her a lot of hope that she was going to get more and she decided to get serious from tomorrow going onwards. Even if she returns home with nothing, she won't be depressed as she knows where her hard work went to.
The next day, Alita joined two members of the crew as they wanted to venture deeper. She didn't reject this as she was also curious about what she will find there.
Maybe she will get lucky and pick something nice that will make her day. To make this venture possible, the three of them packed their tents and decided to make camp whenever they think the place is safe.
Instead of going up and down, they may as well just make a camp somewhere and explore much. There were only left with less than ten days and they needed to make use of that time.
The whole trip was going to take nearly two months and she wanted to make use of this time as in the future she will be taking fewer of these trips. When she has money, she will just buy the energy stones than find them.
