"Did Mrs. Grayson leave the hotel?" Matthew asked his driver who was waiting for him at the parking lot of The Palm where his meeting took place.
He rolled his neck as he snapped his seatbelt in place.
"No, sir. She didn't leave your hotel room. According to the concierge, Mrs. Grayson just asked for room service once."
"Just once?"
He left Lilly at his penthouse as soon as he brought her in. He wanted to stay with her but he could not make his investors wait, hence, he left her in his hotel room.
The meeting was a success that one of the investors invited them to visit the hotel that they were acquiring, a party was thrown and after, he had to return to the office to take care of some documents.
He was expecting Lilly to go out and have fun. The Morgan's has a store here and she could go out and check the store but she didn't. Now the driver is telling him that she just asked for room service once. Why didn't she eat?
