The brush of Wren's breath against his neck made Rowan's skin tingle. "Why are you talking? Invisible also means silent."
"You don't really want my silence, or I'd be silent. Besides, you are the only one who can hear me. I've hidden everything about myself with illusion."
"So then why do you feel the need to whisper in my ear? You could just speak."
"Because I want to get a better look at the freckles there. They've turned the most delightful shade of brown."
Rowan walked faster, or at least as fast as he could considering the contents of his body felt like they hadn't quite sewn themselves back together yet.
