I looked at Bellatrix then smirked. "Let's go!" I said then flew into the air.
Bellatrix flew after me and yelled then sent beams of light after me and I dodged each one of them. Explosions happened in the sky as the beams of light collided with one another. I flew out of the cloud of smoke then turned around and flew down towards Bellatrix then went for a slash. She knocked my sword out of my hand then punched my stomach. I groaned then Bellatrix grabbed my face and spun around then threw me. She sent a beam of darkness at me and it made contact with my body then exploded.
I stopped myself in the air then flew towards Bellatrix. We went for strikes at each other and clashed multiple times with each other. Bellatrix went for a punch, but I knocked her hand away then punched her stomach then lightning surrounded my arm. I rapidly struck her body then punched her face, sending her to the ground. She groaned and began crashing to the ground. She stopped herself from falling then flew after me.
I flew after her and we clashed once again then she yelled and palmed my stomach. I groaned and coughed a bit of blood then she punched my stomach and blasted me away with a beam of darkness. I hit the ground and grunted loudly. Dark chains grabbed onto my body.
"Die!" She bellowed and sent a barrage of energy blasts at me.
I bellowed and lightning surged around my body. I began to break out of the chains and I got up and backflipped dodging all of the energy blasts. I scaled to the top of the tree then my eyes shined.
"Heavenly Iris Starfall!" I bellowed and swiped my arm down then a powerful bolt of rainbow lightning struck down, hitting Bellatrix.
She groaned and crashed to the ground then an explosion happened. I flew towards her and she yelled as she got back up. Her aura surged powerfully then she flew towards me. Our fists clashed then we grappled each other's hands.
"You're not bad for a human..! Most humans wouldn't last this long especially not against me..!" Bellatrix smirked.
"Hmph..! You're not so bad yourself..! Surviving this long against a Demigod is a feat, but I don't plan to make this battle any longer than it should be!" I replied then pushed her away then vanished and appeared in front of her then punched her stomach and a burst of aura exploded from her back.
Bellatrix groaned then yelled when sent her crashing to the ground. I opened five portals behind me and sent a bullet hell of lightning energy blasts at her. Bellatrix opened her eyes and cloaked herself in darkness then an explosion happened. She flew towards me from the smoke cloud then went for a punch, but I dodged her attacks and used a burst of speed to move around her quickly then began striking her in all directions. She grunted loudly then a barrage of slashes hit her as I kept striking her from all directions. I kicked her down then teleported under her.
"Lightning Nova!" I bellowed and unleashed a massive explosion of lightning energy. A gigantic, swirling dome of energy destroyed everything in its path and inflicted enormous damage to Bellatrix.
Bellatrix groaned loudly as she kept taking damage from the Lightning Nova.
As the attack grew more powerful and the more energy I kept pushing out, the more destructive the move got. The area was being reduced to ashes and the Twilight World began to crack.
"Nnngh..! She's going to break the Twilight World..!" Bellatrix grunted and groaned.
I yelled and the Lightning Nova began to shine rainbow colors. "I won't let you escape my attack! Lightning Hypernova!"
I bellowed then a massive explosion happened and the Twilight World shattered completely.
Nagini heard the explosion and grunted lightly. "My beloved...what are you doing out there..? Is that monster really that strong..?" She asked herself whilst walking forward. She shook her head and focused on getting to the Core.
I panted and fell to my knees then placed my hands on the ruined ground. I coughed and grunted as my body jolted. I slowly stood up and looked back at Bellatrix.
Bellatrix groaned softly as she slowly stood up. Exousia and Tsuki exited her body and Bellatrix began to become weakened.
"She's way too strong..! I can't believe how powerful she truly is.." Tsuki said.
"Yeah...Even with our help, she can't be stopped." Exousia said.
"Pitiful monsters..." A voice said then a dark portal opened and Severa emerged from the portal. "You three can't handle a simple task of killing that pitiful mortals huh? Well for your failure, I'll have to eliminate you three and handle her myself!"
"Save them, Hisumi." Misua's voice said in my head.
I heard her voice and looked beside me then saw Misua standing beside me. I looked back at Severa and the three monsters. Severa held her hand out towards them and a dark ball of energy appeared. I clenched my teeth and turned around.
"They plan to kill us all...They deserve this!" I said then walked off and looked ahead seeing the spirit of Aermyth.
She looked at me and actually spoke. "They are only following Yoshida's orders. They can change and help you knock some sense into Yoshida. If you save them, I know they will listen to you.."
I looked at Aermyth's spirit then reached my hand out to her then noticed her turned into energy particles once again. I grunted and lowered my hand then turned around to Bellatrix and the others.
"Say your final goodbyes!" Severa laughed and released the giant dark orb at them then looked surprised, seeing the Raijin Shield protecting the three monsters.
I walked towards them and summoned my katanas in my hands.
"Choosing to protect them when they tried to kill you? Bold decision, Ruler of Lightning." Severa said then smirked.
"Why..? Why are you protecting us?" Tsuki asked.
"Do you all truly wish to destroy Earth? I'm sure there are a few humans you care about." I said.
"There are...Orimi, Naora, and Himeko and her crew...They protected us. I don't want to hurt them but Yoshida's orders." Tsuki answered.
"Forget his orders. If you wish to protect them, then you must forget about him because he doesn't even care about his own sister at the moment. I'm saving this world one way or another. This is my home and this used to be your home as well. Help me kill the Fallen and the Overlords, and I'll help in getting your boyfriend back to you." I said.
"Really..?" Exousia asked.
"Yeah.." I nodded.
Severa laughed and landed on the ground. She summoned her long demonic sword. "You've made a grand mistake, once I kill you...I will extract that Gem from your body and give it to Fallan so she can make use of it."
I got in my battle stance then glared. "You won't be doing anything except losing this battle and war."
Nagini walked through a door and noticed a woman looking at the Core inside of the scientific machine. She immediately noticed her appearance and smirked. "Number III...You are still alive?"
Number III was a woman with light brown hair that was tied in a single braid that stopped a little below her shoulder. She wore a nun outfit and had on black shoes. She turned around and her green eyes shined brightly.
"Lady Ataraxia." Nagini smiled.
"Doctor Noxius. I am shocked to see you are still alive. I was just reawakened by the Ruler of Rebirth. She told me my power was needed. I didn't need her power to resurrect myself, but she did it for me anyway." Ataraxia said.
"You are known as the Serenity. Maybe you can help me destroy that Core and come back with me and my beloved Lab Rat. Your power is absolutely needed..." Nagini said.
"I would love to." Ataraxia smiled and turned back around to the core. "If only I knew how to destroy it. Someone has been preserving this Core. That means that person should know we are here."
Nagini noticed something blast the head off Ataraxia and her eyes widened. She noticed Ataraxia's head regenerate and exhaled. "I forgot you even had that power..."
"What the hell..? Boss...she just regenerated..!" A voice said in the shadows. They took aim at Ataraxia again then began to send a barrage of energy blasts at her.
Ataraxia flawlessly dodged each energy blast directed towards her and summoned her angelic cross which worked the same as Nagini's Cross, but instead of the attack mode being a Greatsword it was a Naginata.
"Who the hell is that woman..?!" The person said.
Ataraxia switched her Cross to its Origin Mode then aimed to the right. "There." She said then sent a beam of spiritual energy in that direction.
The person grunted and dodged the attack by running up the wall and jumping off the wall then took aim at Ataraxia. "This woman...No matter, I have a clear shot! This time you're dead!"
"Stay back Nagini. I'll handle this one...very swiftly." Ataraxia said then her eyes shined red and she gave a stoic smile.
The person attempted to shoot Ataraxia, but looked surprised when Ataraxia vanished and appeared in front of the person then kicked them to the ground. They grunted and rolled backwards then went to stand up but an invisible angelic arrow went straight through their head and appeared once the attack was done.
"Her cross has two attack modes...A bow and a Naginata plus some of her attacks are imperceptible...Even I couldn't keep up with her attack. When the hell did she learn this..?" Nagini said to herself.
Ataraxia spread her angel wings and slowly descended to the ground then landed on her feet. "After that day when Qiao Zhi betrayed us and I was killed by Fallan, I trained in the Sacred and Spirit Realms for most of my time there and learned my true abilities. I became the strongest Angel and Spirit ever known due to my abilities and lack of limitations to my abilities. I may can even surpass you in battle."
Nagini watched Ataraxia walk to the core and smiled then followed her. "Mmm...I missed you so much."
"I know." Ataraxia smiled back.
I blocked Severa's attacks then rapidly slashed at her then slashed upwards then knocked her into the air. I jumped up and used a burst of speed to attack her in all directions then grappled onto her then dove to the ground and slammed her to the ground. She groaned and used her dark aura to push me away.
"I've had enough! I'll blow away this entire country if it means killing you!" Severa yelled and flew in the air then summoned a large ball of dark energy.
"Like I'd let you do that!" I bellowed and sheathed my katanas then opened my hand and a ball of lightning energy appeared in my hand then I flew up towards Severa.
She bellowed as she threw the ball of dark energy down at me. "Disappear!"
I bellowed and my eyes emitted aura then I clashed with Severa's attacks. I bellowed and my energy slowly began to disappear.
"We have to help her..! She can't do this alone!" Tsuki said.
"Right!" Exousia said then grunted lightly. She spread her wings then flew up towards Severa.
Severa noticed her and smacked her away and sent her crashing down to the ground. She dodged Tsuki's attack and blasted her to the ground and Tsuki groaned loudly.
'My body is growing weaker...! I can't let this attack hit the ground..! Siberia...The monsters..! My beloved Doctor!' I thought to myself.
"I can't!" I yelled and my lightning turned black and I began to push back the lightning and yelled.
Bellatrix noticed I was descending to the ground. She noticed Severa's attack growing and helped me push back the attack.
"You fools! Resistance gets you nowhere!!" Severa laughed.
I groaned as I felt the Gem cracking inside of me. I panted and had to make my energy disappear before my Gem shattered due to the overexertion of energy.
Bellatrix grunted loudly and closed her eyes tightly. "I can't do this! We might have to let this attack hit the ground!"
"No! I won't let this attack hit the ground! Siberia will be lost if it does and that means millions of people will die! We have to fight it!!" I yelled.
'Doctor! I need you right now! Severa is trying to blow up Siberia!' I said to Nagini via telepathy.
Nagini heard me and looked worried. "Ataraxia! We need to hurry back outside! My beloved! She's about to die due to Severa!"
"But the core! If Severa gets this core-"
"Fuck the core! My lab rat!" Nagini cried out.
Ataraxia looked at the Core then closed her eyes. "I can't believe I have to waste this on a Core...This was a last resort..."
"Whatever you're doing, hurry!" Nagini said.
"Purified Smiting!" She bellowed and punched the Core then the core began to shine and crack a lot then shattered. Ataraxia grunted as she held her head and black aura burst from her back.
"Are you alright?" Nagini asked.
"Whenever I use anything regarding a negative emotion or action such as Anger and Savagery, I become weakened and lose my Serenity. I need that Serenity to operate." Ataraxia said then gained composure of herself.
"I see, well now that's done, let's go!" Nagini said then grabbed Ataraxia's wrist and summoned a portal then rushed inside with her.
"Come on! Let's just let it hit the ground! 33 million people isn't a lot compared to the importance of our lives!" Bellatrix yelled.
"Of course YOU would say that, but these 33 million people are humans like me! Like I'd sacrifice the lives of these people just to save my own! I can save their lives and mine!" I yelled then groaned as the ground began to break apart.
Nagini appeared from the portal and summoned her cross then changed it into attack mode then swung her Greatsword at Severa's attack then sent it flying towards Severa.
Severa looked surprised then an explosion happened as she was hit by her own attack.
I panted and fell to my knees then looked at the ground. "I'm glad you made it on time.."
"I am too.." Nagini said then looked at the sky.
Severa felt weakened and couldn't feel the energy of her Core anymore then looked at Nagini and Ataraxia. "You two..! You destroyed my core!"
"We did and we'll destroy you as well!" Nagini said then stepped forward.
Severa glared then flew off.
"She's not gonna get far. Without her Core, she can't do anything anymore. We should kill her, but first we should get those three to Orimi." Nagini said.
I looked at Bellatrix, Exousia, and Tsuki. "How many Monsters are there..? Excluding Orimi and Yoshida."
"Seventeen. If you count Bachiko's other side then there are Eighteen." Nagini said. "Three down...and Fifteen more to go."
Ataraxia walked ahead and used her Almighty Magic to heal the three monsters then walked back towards Nagini.
"Who's she?" I asked.
"Ataraxia aka The Serenity. She's an absolute babe and the strongest Magic User you'll ever meet. She's a Pseudo Ruler known as the Archon of Serenity. She's kinda like me, except she isn't a true Ruler. She's Number III of the Infinity Council." Nagini explained as she summoned a portal for the three monsters to enter through and escape the area.
I watched the three leave and stood up after being healed by Ataraxia. "I see...It seems we now have a better chance at winning this war. Not only do we have to save the Monsters, but we have to prevent Fallan from using Yoshida as a Vessel. If we fail at that...we may never get Yoshida back."
"True. That's why we must hurry. Follow me."
Nagini hurried off and Ataraxia and I followed behind her.
