After holding each other in their warm embrace for quite some time, Anastasia and Tilla finally pulled away from each other.
Anastasia then finally looked around her and realized that she was surrounded by more than a dozen of people. Her face turned red with embarrassment in no time because she wasn’t acting like a Queen at all.
Thinking that the onlookers would think badly of her, Anastasia quickly composed herself and looked at Vincent.
Vincent immediately gave a polite bow to the Queen and welcomed her, “My Queen, I am much honored to have you here at my humble abode. Thank you for gracing us with your presence.”
Anastasia felt even more embarrassed when Vincent began talking to her in an extremely formal manner. She nervously nodded and then said while looking around at the maids and servants who had lined up to welcome her, “And thank you for this grand welcome.”
