Rose was still mesmerized by the twilight in the sky.
But, not long after, she felt their car slowly turn left and away from the beach. He looked at the road ahead. Their car was now driving on a much quieter and narrower road, there were only two lanes, and the road was slightly uphill. The further their car went up, the fewer buildings passed. There are only trees that flank the road.
A few moments later, the car slowed down and turned left to enter the private road. From a distance, Rose saw a two-story house with a modern facade. It does not look like a restaurant or cafe but more like a private house. Their car stopped right in front of a solid black fence.
"Evan, this…" Rose looked at Evan, who smiled at her. He didn't say anything as he started the car after the black fence in front opened automatically.
