"What plan?"
"About having children. I... I think I want to spend my life with you in a year. Hubby, am I being too selfish to want that?" Rose paused to catch her breath and asked him for a polite nod, but she saw Evan didn't show any reaction. This makes her worry.
She continued, "I'm really guilty because I'm not discussing this with you. That's why I feel so mad at myself right now…."
Evan was surprised to hear what was on her mind. He pulled her into his arms and hugged her tightly. Every time she saw her blurry eyes, he felt his heart ache.
"Rose, my wife, please don't cry, huh!? I'm not disappointed with you because you stopped me. I also wasn't disappointed with you because you did not discuss your plan with me. I'm fine. I really respect what you want. And, did you know the funny thing is?" Rose looked up to see his eyes.
