Evan didn't say a word but just nodded and continued chatting about other topics. He also avoids talking about that woman because he doesn't know her. He only heard Marvin say her name often; this was the first day he saw her.
Later, Evan kept talking to his friend, and Rose decided to go on a hunt for food she liked. She felt hungry.
