This was their duty!
They wanted nothing more than to pretend that they hadn't seen Jiang Xun, but the cameras were rolling, so they physically couldn't!
And so, they continued to chase Jiang Xun with tears in their eyes.
Not only that, Jiang Xun was carefully maintaining a distance between them so that they could see her, but not catch up to her. If they were to speed up, Jiang Xun would do the same.
They also didn't have as much stamina as Jiang Xun. She might have been toying with them now, but they were already completely drained and didn't have any energy to speed up anymore.
They could only keep trying to chase her. Maybe if they lost sight of Jiang Xun, they wouldn't have to chase her anymore.
But who could've known that Jiang Xun would turn around, see that her pursuers had slowed down, and slow down herself!
Damn it!
She was humiliating them!
