King Cole's POV
Watching them escort Emily out brought up a lot of memories for me but for some reason I was stuck with the first day I met Miracle.
After she punched me for calling her father a sick bastard, I made myself comfortable on the ground for a while.
Two punches a day was about all I could handle and I had a feeling that if I kept talking about her father that I was going to get punched again and so, my best bet was to keep my mouth shut and stay down.
After a second or two, I stood up and dusted myself.
"You don't talk about Jagur like that…people have been killed for less"
I ignored her remake, I was more concerned about my bleeding nose.
I rubbed my nose.
"I think you broke my nose, Pinky" I told her.
She shook her head in resignation.
"I definitely did not break your nose, if I did it wouldn't look so perfect, Cypher" she said with a raised eyebrow.
I smiled brightly.
