Katherine drove the car to a nice eatery which wasn't far away from the company.
Parking the car, Katherine got down and so did Mike, they then made their way into the eatery.
The aroma from the delicious foods embraced Katherine's and Mike's nastrols which was able to make Their mouth water.
They took their seats and Katherine called on the waitress.
After ordering their meal, Katherine then faced Mike. Since she was seating opposite him, she could look straight into his blue charming eyes.
Meanwhile Mike was trying as much as possible to keep himself from staring at her. Her beautiful perfume and scent were so sweet and it smelled like spring. it was truly refreshing.
Trying to find something to say in order to make the atmosphere less awkward, Mike asked, "How's life being a mother going for you?" he asked completely regretting the words as it came out of his mouth.
'Mike why would you have her that type of of question' he thought already feeling frustrated by his words.
Hearing that, Katherine kept quiet for some time before then saying, "It has been the best experience I've ever had." and with that, a beautiful smile appeared on her beautiful face.
"huh?" He was stunned! It wasn't just because of her reply but because of her smile.
It was like the sun radiated on her face as he'd beautiful lips widened in a cute way.
He had never seen a smile like that, it was pure and radiant at the same time. He was expecting her to be down with the sudden question but instead she didn't seem upset one bit.
"I can tell that you are shocked! I don't blame you. Alot of women would feel bad and miserable to be a single mother especially when they are this young, but I don't feel bad at all." Katherine said calmly.
"Although I never planned on getting pregnant before marriage, having my boys have been the only good thing that have ever happened to me and I won't give them up for anything." She said.
"People might look at me with shame or pity but I'm just a woman leaving her best Life.... I'm proud to be a mother, there are alot of women in this world who have husbands but yet they lack and in the end, they end up being the only person to raise their child."
"So tell me, what's the difference? Maybe it's because they aren't known as single mothers that's the reason why they get respect and we get down casted." Katherine said sadly.
Hearing that, Mike felt so touched by her words. They were true words of mothers, how he wish that Rena could have the same personality.
Although they didn't get married based on love but yet he was ready to start a family with her but she never should concern or love all these years.
If she could just love his daughter and him Maybe then things would be different but yet she stands to be ignorant.
Noticing his silence, Katherine awkwardly said, "Ah! i-i-i sorry...hehe...I talked to much didn't I?" she said with a slight laugh as she scratched her forehead with her finger.
Upon seeing her embarrassed face, Mike felt like laughing but he held himself back, "No... actually you said words that couldn't be anymore right! I have to say that I'm impressed with your beautiful words. I do hope to get to see your sons one day."
He said with a slight smile and upon hearing that, Katherine smiled and said, "I'm sure they would be happy to see you too."
Just then, the waitress came to them with Their food and the served them patiently and neatly.
With their food now here, they started eating quietly. Katherine's eating etiquette was very nice. She even ate like that of a rich civilian.
So now he understood her a little. From the beginning, she had heard this type of Aura that showed gracefulness and Calmness.
Everything about her was always done nicely and delicately. She had good posture and good manners. Even the way she ate showed greatness.
Whoever this secretary of his is, she was totally a woman born with a silver spoon but yet she came to Graceland but why?
Yet she choose to raise her kids by herself, but why?
There are alot if questions he wishes to ask her about her life but he had no right. Then why can't him hold his self back from wanting to know more.
No matter how close they were, they only had one relationship and it is that of a CEO and his Secretary so why couldn't he resist her.
He had just met her today but many questions about her was already roaming through his mind.
He couldn't help it. Whoever this woman was, she was totally driving him nuts!
Little did he know that since they had stepped their foot into the eatery, eyes has been around watching their every move.

With them done eating, Katherine paid the bill and they left the eatery straight back to the company.
As she Parked their car and the both came out, Mike then said to her with his hands inside his pocket, "You should learn about Graceland fast so that you can take me to better eateries in the future since you are now my secretary."
He said and upon hearing that, Katherine eyes beamed as she said, "Sir!, Are you saying that I got the job?"
"If that's what it means then I don't need to explain myself further." saying that, she went inside leaving the happy Katherine to literally jump in excitement. Little did she know that a slight smile was visible on his beautiful lips.
