"BANG!"
It was loud. So loud that his ears were ringing as the sound echoed around. Henry was shot in the back.
At first he didn't feel any pain or even some sort of impact. Instead, it was more like a massive heat which rapidly turned into a sort of throbbing and tingling numbness.
Even so Henry's mind hadn't quite caught up with the fact that he was shot.
He was still trying to reach for the gun that had fallen down from the guard's hand. That was when he finally started feeling actual pain on his back.
Suddenly, he heard his friends shout his name. Only after that, he realized that he had been shot. He tried to stand up on his legs. However, he staggered as he felt his knees going weak.
The guards behind him came for him right away and apprehended him on the ground on top of the fact that he was already staggering. He fell down with a loud thud.
"Henry!"
"Henry!"
