"What's going on?" By the time Mei Deng arrived, Jun Feng and Chen Yao were running tho and fro, with Dou Wei barking orders at them.
He could only guess by the relieved expressions on their faces, that it had something to do with his mother. A hunch which proved correct, when he stepped into her room to find her awake.
At the sound of uncalculated steps enter into the room, Lihua pensively looked over her shoulder.
"Son?" Yu Yīnyó weakly asked, stretching a hand to try touch him. Mei Deng pulled his lips into a smile, as he sauntered over to her side, crouching down beside her.
She was visibly thinner and paler, Lihua stood up from her position, "Yu Xiaoguang, once you're through...we should have a talk." Lihua told him before exiting the room.
Once the mother and son were alone, Yu Yīnyó grabbed his hands tightly, using her little energy to pull her lips into a tight frown.
