The duke held one palm to his face and backed away, too stunned that someone could dare lay hands on someone from the royal family. He raised his hand to hit Mei Deng, expecting him to remain in place like everyone else did, when getting beaten by him.
However, Mei Deng was swifter and landed him another sound slap!
The duke's men rushed to his aid, standing at each of his side, ready to defend him against another slap from the incorrigible Yu Xiaoguang.
"Bingwen, we're leaving!" Yu Xiaoguang announced, sauntering over to the children, the young boy nodded and quickly grabbed the baby.
Mei Deng attempted to carry the child, but the angry duke refused to be insulted any further. He hastily yanked Yu Xiaoguang by the hair, and dragged him outside!
"Get me a whip someone! You two, get those children!" He ordered in a loud voice, dragging Mei Deng towards where the horses were kept.
