The next morning, Mei Deng and Chunhua woke up earlier than everyone else and started the day. With Chunhua doing all the house chores, while Mei Deng readied the Ox and went through his schedule.

Without so much as having breakfast, he made a trip to a shop, at the heart of the town with Chunhua. Since it was still quite early, not too many people were awake. While Mei Deng secured the bull, Chunhua opened the shop and started loading the fabrics into it.
When they had successfully finished, Mei Deng and Chunhua returned back home. At that time, Nuan had woken up and started preparing breakfast.
